ALL SKIPASSES are non-transferable and equipped with a photograph upon the first passage through the turnstile.
In case of misuse of the ski pass, transfer, or sale to another person, the ski pass will be confiscated.
When purchasing ski passes, please be prepared to pay a refundable deposit of 100 CZK/card.
Ski pass is returned at the cash desks, after the cash desks are closed, it is possible to return the card at Helia Sport shop (only in the Kouty ski resort) or at the Lyžárna restaurant.
Check your ski passes and returned cash immediately at the cash desk. Late claims will not be considered.
When making a complaint, it is necessary to present a receipt, otherwise the complaint will not be accepted.
Explanation about ski passes:
- For chip cards/ski passes, a refundable deposit of 100 CZK is charged.
- Prices are stated in CZK, including VAT.
- Child and senior fares are valid upon presentation of an ID card, passport, or insurance card showing the date of birth.
- When purchasing student ski passes, for those up to 26 years old, it is necessary to present a valid ID (ISIC, EURO, GO).
- Cross-country ski pass 3x there/back – a ski pass for cross-country skiers, 3x round trip fare for any day of the season. Valid only for the cable car and only during the winter season.
- Children’s park can only be purchased at the ski school.
Due to the introduction of a new e-shop, it is not possible to provide a 10% discount on the chip card to current holders of the ActiveClub card, but it is possible to obtain this discount through the new e-shop.
